Precision over promises
We don't overpromise timelines or features to win an engagement. We estimate carefully, scope honestly, and flag problems early rather than late. A bad surprise at handover is a failure of process, not a surprise.
Ownership over dependency
Every engagement ends with you owning everything — code, accounts, documentation. We measure success by how easy it would be for you to continue without us. That's a strange incentive for a vendor, but it's the right one.
