Common reasons apps get rejected — and how we fix them
- Crashes or incomplete features (Apple guideline 2.1) — we reproduce, fix and resubmit with clear reviewer notes and a demo account.
- Minimum functionality (Apple guideline 4.2) — we help add the native value Apple expects from an app that wraps web content.
- Privacy and data use (Apple 5.1.1, Google Data safety) — we align your declarations, permissions and privacy policy with what the app actually does.
- Missing account deletion — Apple requires apps with sign-up to let users delete their account in the app; Google requires a deletion option too.
- Closed testing before production — new personal Google Play accounts must run a closed test with real testers before they can publish; we plan and run it.
- Outdated target API level — Google Play requires apps to target a recent Android version each year; we upgrade and re-release.

You need a Google Play developer account (US$25 one time) and an Apple Developer Program membership (US$99 per year), a signed release build, a store listing, privacy declarations and a privacy policy. AppTeky can handle every step for you.
Yes. We read the rejection, fix the code or metadata, respond in App Store Connect with clear reviewer notes, and resubmit. Most rejections are crashes, privacy declarations, missing account deletion or minimum functionality.

Apple and Google usually review an update within a day or two, but first submissions and new accounts can take longer, especially when Google Play requires closed testing first.
